What do you think about the City enacting a Property Care Ordinance?

I’ve met with several residents who have concerns about conditions in their neighborhoods. Some of the concerns include broken-down cars, appliances in yards, weeds, and garbage. What do you think about the City adopting a Property Care Ordinance? Share your thoughts through this survey.

From the City’s website: “The City of Flagstaff is currently developing a citywide Property Care Ordinance (PCO) (also commonly known as a Property Maintenance Ordinance or PMO). The purpose of the ordinance is to protect against hazardous and deteriorating conditions that negatively impact the health, safety, and welfare of the Flagstaff Community by establishing minimum requirements for the care of buildings and their property; to preserve existing housing stock, and slow the impacts of gentrification and displacement; with compliance consistently applied without undue hardship.”
