Have you signed my petition? Want to help me get on the ballot for re-election?

Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers who have turned in full petitions! I appreciate your support and your help.

If you haven’t already, can you sign my petition online, share the link with friends, and/or print a double-sided petition and gather some signatures? To sign online through the Arizona Secretary of State’s E-Qual site, you just need your drivers license or voter identification. You can also make sure that your voter registration is up to date and you’re using your correct address.

Registered Flagstaff voters can sign one petition for mayor and three for city council. Each candidate needs 1,000 VALID signatures, which means we’ll all collect more than that in order to ensure we have our minimum.

January is Poverty Awareness Month–Your action needed

Take action and show your support for state and federal investment in programs that reduce poverty. Federal cuts to SNAP and Medicaid contained in H.R.1 (Big, Beautiful Bill) are expected to be devastating to those who rely on each for food and healthcare. The White House has announced future cuts to funding for Permanently Supportive Housing–cuts that would most certainly result in currently housed people finding themselves unsheltered. While anyone can find themselves in need of such assistance, the groups who most often need to access resources are children, the elderly, and disabled individuals.
