The city council wants to hear from as many community members as possible, so please plan on attending the public meet and greet Oct. 22 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
One resolution I know most people in Flagstaff and across the state will be interested in is the one proposing that the Arizona Legislature restore local control of Short Term Rentals.
Regardless of our stage in life or place in the community, we need a safe place to call home.
The construction of this wildland fire training facility is a huge step forward in increased firefighter safety and improved wildfire response.
Back here in Flagstaff, we’ll stand together and figure out our next steps. I ask our elected representatives to stand with us. The people who will suffer most from climate inaction are those of us on the ground—the first responders, renters and homeowners, local businesses, the young/elderly/medically fragile—in other words—all of us.
